Housing Coordinator
The Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance (MDHA), a membership organization focused on homelessness & housing in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced professional to help coordinate the Continuum of Care process for Dallas & Collin Counties. Responsibilities include planning the annual Homeless Count & Census, monitoring CoC projects (including HMIS) for compliance with HUD and CoC goals, and providing information & support for MDHA Members.
This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, plus six years of program coordination and/or management; or Master’s Degree, plus four years program coordination and/or management. Successful applicants must demonstrate knowledge of homeless issues, government grants / contracts, excellent verbal and written skills, ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess driver’s license and reliable transportation. The homeless population in Dallas is diverse and includes persons of all races, religions, and ethnicities.
